CONTACT

Start With the Optical Problem

If you are evaluating an optical component, replacing an existing part, or trying to solve an imaging problem, send the information you have. A complete production drawing is helpful when available, but it is not required to begin a technical discussion.

START A CONVERSATION

Tell Us What You Are Trying to Accomplish

The most useful starting point is a clear description of the imaging system, optical function, or component requirement.

You can send drawings, photographs, sample-part information, example images, sensor details, wavelength information, or simply a description of the optical problem.

From there, we can determine whether the project fits our capabilities and what additional information may be useful.

USEFUL STARTING INFORMATION

  • What the optic needs to accomplish
  • Sensor or imaging-system information
  • Operating wavelength or spectral range
  • Existing drawings, CAD, or sample components
  • Required dimensions or available optical space
  • Material or polarization requirements, if known
  • Example images showing the problem
  • Prototype and anticipated quantity requirements

PROJECT TYPES

Common Reasons to Contact Mosaic Optoelectronics

Projects can begin at different stages, from an early imaging problem to an existing optical component that needs to be reproduced or modified.

New Optical Requirement

You know the function the system needs, but the optical component or configuration has not yet been fully defined.

Imaging Problem

You are seeing aliasing, glare, reflections, low contrast, or another optical effect that may benefit from optical control.

Existing Component

You have a drawing, sample, legacy optic, or existing component that needs to be evaluated, reproduced, or adapted.

Custom Assembly

Multiple optical elements, orientations, or functions need to be integrated into one package.

PROJECT INQUIRY

Send the Information You Have

A short description is enough to begin. Technical files and supporting information can be included where appropriate.

For specialized optical work, direct technical information is usually more useful than a long formal request. Tell us what the system is doing, what is not working, or what component is needed.

CONTACT FORM

Insert the Joomla contact or inquiry form here.

Recommended fields are listed below.

RECOMMENDED FORM FIELDS

Keep the Inquiry Form Simple

The form should collect enough information to begin a useful technical conversation without making the customer complete a lengthy qualification process.

Contact Information

  • Name
  • Company or organization
  • Email address
  • Phone number — optional

Project Information

  • Project or application
  • Optical problem or requirement
  • Wavelength, if known
  • Approximate quantity, if known

Supporting Information

  • Drawings
  • Photographs
  • Example images
  • Specifications
  • Other relevant files

EXISTING OR LEGACY COMPONENTS

Have an Optical Part but Limited Documentation?

Older optical components are not always accompanied by complete current drawings or specifications.

If you are trying to identify, replace, reproduce, or understand an existing component, send whatever information is available.

Useful items can include photographs, dimensions, labels, old drawings, packaging information, application details, or the physical component itself when appropriate.

HELPFUL LEGACY INFORMATION

  • Part or model number
  • Old drawings or specifications
  • Photographs of the optic or assembly
  • Measured dimensions
  • Original application
  • Known wavelength or optical function
  • Reason for replacement or evaluation

DIRECT CONTACT

Prefer Email or Phone?

Direct contact information can be listed here once the preferred business email, phone number, and mailing address are confirmed.

I would keep this section limited to verified current information and avoid carrying forward old contact details from legacy documentation unless they have been confirmed.
